The Flagship Guaranteed Offer is an offer that allows brands to create flat-fee guaranteed cash offers for creators with a guaranteed minimum sales return. If the sales don’t meet or exceed the guaranteed sale amount within the specified period, Flagship will cover the difference.

2. Why should I use this program?

This program helps reduce the risk in creator-brand partnerships. With the guarantee, you can confidently invest in new creator relationships, knowing Flagship will cover any shortfall if the offer underperforms — you only pay the difference, not the full amount.

3. What are the creator’s responsibilities?

To activate the Guaranteed Offer, creators:

1. Redeem the associated gift if needed.
2. Share the brand three times within 30 days. Flagship will detect the shares.

4. Who can I make cash offers to?

Currently, this program is available for top creators with proven track records of driving sales. Flagship uses data to estimate the value of creator-brand partnerships, ensuring high confidence in the outcomes.

To identify eligible creators, navigate to the Creators tab on brands.flagship.shop. Look for the orange badge next to a creator's name—this indicates they are eligible for a Guaranteed Offer. To create a Guaranteed Offer, simply click on the orange cash offer symbol or the Guaranteed Offer button.

5. How does it work?

1. Create a Guaranteed Offer: To create a Guaranteed Offer, simply click on the orange cash offer symbol or the Guaranteed Offer button. Flagship sets a flat fee offer amount (e.g., $1,000) with a guaranteed minimum sales target (e.g., $1,200, which covers 10% commission, and 6% platform fee).
2. Offers are sent to the creators: Creators will have 7 days to accept or pass on the Guaranteed Offer.
3. (Optional) Creator redeems the gift: If the creator doesn’t already have the product, they can redeem the associated gift. They can choose to pass if they already have product on hand. Typical time to start sharing is ~1 week after the gift is ordered, pending shipping time on the brand side.
4. 30-day sharing period: Flagship monitors and tracks the sales and shares. Once the three shares are complete, Flagship pays the creator.

5. Evaluating results and invoicing: If sales meet or exceed the guaranteed sale amount during the above 30-day sharing period, Flagship will invoice you the offer amount. If sales fall short, we fund the flat fee offer amount.
